Fitting instructions - Check the measurement chart

Select the correct size orthotic according to your child’s shoe size.  (SK – youth 11-13) (K – 1-4) Place the orthotic right against the back of the shoe.  Loosen the laces so that the foot doesn’t cause the orthotic to slide forwards.  It may take a few days to a week to get used to the orthotics, so only wear the orthotics for 1-2 hours the first day, and then gradually increase the duration of time the child wears their orthotics over the week until they are comfortable wearing them all day.

Care Instructions:

The orthotics can be washed by hand with a warm, soapy cloth and dried.  Please don’t soak them in water or put them in the washing machine or dryer.
