How to Heat And Cool
Directions for heating or cooling:
- For a warm compress, simply heat in the microwave for about 20 - 30 seconds. Test the heat before placing it on the eyes.
- For a cool compress, place it in a snap lock bag in the freezer for 20-30 minutes and apply for a soothing cool feel.

Yes, a silk eye mask can be hand washed in cold water. It is a known fact that silk colours can tend to run. If you have light-coloured sheets be mindful of moisture and sweat around your silk eye mask.

How to Care For Your Mask
It's best to store your Dr Kez Chirolab silk weighted eye mask in the magnetic box it arrived in, when not in use, to protect the delicate fabric from the unidentified objects we seem to accumulate in our bedside drawers!
Your silk eye mask can be topically spot cleaned with cool water (30º C Max) Important: Always use a gentle washing detergent specifically designed for washing silk or delicate fabric. Biological and non-biological detergents (including colour detergents) are not suitable for washing silk. Ensure not to get the inner ingredients wet.
Due to the nature of silk and its known ability to colour run, please be mindful of this if you tend to sweat a lot at night and have light-colored sheets.
