WHY ISN’T MY BODY GETTING BETTER?
A Guided Workshop (Zoom) for the person who says “I've Tried Everything…So Why Am I Still Struggling?”
Live via Zoom | Limited places | Replay included
What if you could learn a different way to approach your health, not just today, but for years to come?
Have you ever found yourself thinking, "I've tried so many things. Why am I still dealing with this?"
Perhaps you've been dealing with an ailment or injury that just doesn't seem to be improving. Maybe it's a recurring symptom, an ongoing health concern or something that's changed in the way your body functions.
You've sought advice, tried different approaches and done everything you thought you were supposed to do, yet you're still searching for answers.
And after a while, it's easy to become frustrated with your body, or even feel as though it's working against you.
But what if there's another way to approach what you're experiencing?
What if, instead of immediately asking how to get rid of something, we became curious about what might be contributing to it?
What if there were questions we hadn't thought to ask, patterns we hadn't noticed or parts of the bigger picture we hadn't considered?
And what if learning to investigate those possibilities gave you something you could use again and again, whenever your body presented you with a new concern?
That's where our investigation begins
- Join us for a live, guided workshop via Zoom!
- When: Sunday 1st November 2026
- Time: 2:00 pm Melbourne time (AEDT)
- Where: Live online via Zoom
- Duration: Allow approximately 2½ - 3 hours
- Cost: Special introductory price of $37 AUD
- What to Bring: Yourself, pen & paper
Join Kez & Em for an experience designed to help you look at your body through a different lens.
Together, we'll explore how two people can experience seemingly similar symptoms for very different reasons, why looking beyond the obvious can be valuable and how curiosity might help us notice patterns we've previously overlooked.
But there's something even more important we'd love you to take away from our time together.
A simple, repeatable four-step framework that you can return to whenever an ailment, injury or unfamiliar symptom has you wondering what's going on.
Rather than feeling you have to start from scratch every time something changes in your body, we hope you'll leave knowing how to begin asking more useful questions, recognising patterns and considering the bigger picture.
Not to diagnose yourself or replace professional healthcare, but to become a more informed, curious and active participant in your own wellbeing.
And you won't just be sitting and listening.
Throughout our time together, we'll invite you to participate in real-life investigations, reflect on your own experiences and practise using the very framework we're hoping you'll take into your future.
What will we explore together?
The mystery of three similar symptoms
We'll begin with three people experiencing lower-back pain. At first glance, their concerns might sound almost identical. But as we investigate, we'll discover how different clues can lead us to consider very different possibilities.
You'll have the opportunity to join the investigation, consider what might be happening and explore the questions you might ask to better understand each person's experience.
And you'll begin to see why two people experiencing what appears to be the same problem might need to investigate very different possibilities.
Learning to look through a different lens
Sometimes we're so focused on the symptom or area that's bothering us that we forget to consider the bigger picture.
We'll explore how our attention, experiences and assumptions can influence what we notice, and why changing our perspective can reveal questions we haven't considered before. Learning to see things differently can be just as valuable as learning something new.
Your own four-step investigation
This is where we begin putting everything into practice!
Using our four-step CAMERA approach (no, this doesn’t mean you have to be on camera!), we'll guide you through a series of questions designed to help you explore an ailment, injury, symptom or health concern of your own.
You'll have time to reflect, write down your observations and begin recognising patterns or connections that may be worth investigating further.
But here's what makes this part of the experience particularly valuable.
The CAMERA framework isn't designed for just one symptom or one investigation.
It's a way of approaching your wellbeing that you can revisit whenever something new arises.
Whether you're dealing with a recurring injury, an unfamiliar symptom or a change in how you're feeling, you'll have a starting point for becoming curious, gathering information and considering what might deserve further attention.
We hope that, long after the guided workshop has finished, you'll still be using the questions and investigative approach you've learned.
Changing the conversation with your body
When you’ve been struggling with something for a long time, it's understandable that your relationship with your body can become a little strained.
You might feel frustrated, disappointed or even frightened by what you’re experiencing.
Through two guided meditation and reflection experiences, we'll invite you to explore what it might feel like to approach your body with curiosity, appreciation and compassion rather than frustration or fear.
Not because positive thinking makes every ailment disappear, but because the way we relate to ourselves matters too.
Small steps you can take into everyday life
Understanding something is valuable, but what do we do with that understanding?
We'll finish by exploring gentle, practical ways to support your wellbeing and how small actions can become part of your everyday routine. Sometimes meaningful change begins with something surprisingly simple!
And with your new investigative framework, you'll have a way to continue reflecting, observing and learning long after our time together has ended.
More than just a workshop. It’s a skill to take into your future!
Imagine the next time you experience an unfamiliar symptom or notice something changing in your body. Instead of immediately feeling frustrated or overwhelmed, you remember the questions we explored together.
You begin to observe. You consider what might have changed. You look for patterns, reflect on the bigger picture and think about what information might be helpful to share with a healthcare professional.
You may not have all the answers, but you'll have a framework for approaching the situation with greater curiosity and understanding.
That's what we hope to give you. Not just an interesting afternoon (which it will be!), but a different way of approaching your wellbeing for years to come.
Is this experience for you?
Perhaps you've been dealing with an ailment, injury or ongoing health concern and feel as though you've tried everything, yet you're still searching for answers.
Maybe you've received different explanations, tried various approaches or found yourself wondering whether there's something you've overlooked.
Perhaps you're curious about how your physical health, daily habits, emotional experiences and life circumstances might interact.
Or maybe you're simply ready to stop feeling like a passive passenger in your own health journey and would love to develop skills you can draw on whenever new concerns arise.
If any of that sounds familiar, we'd love you to join us. You don't need any special knowledge or experience.
Just bring yourself, something to write with and a willingness to be curious.
