Description
The Dr Kez Chirolab® Shoulder Mobilizer: A Little Pull in the Right Direction!
When your shoulder decides it doesn’t want to play ball, it might be time to change the game plan.
The Dr Kez Chirolab® Shoulder Mobilizer is a simple over-door pulley designed to make everyday shoulder movement and stretching easy to incorporate into your routine, all from the comfort of home…or anywhere you can find a door!
Whether your shoulders are feeling a little less shoulder-y than they used to, or you simply want to keep them moving, this clever little pulley lets one arm gently guide the other through comfortable, controlled movement.
A handy addition to your mobility routine!
The Shoulder Mobilizer can be used for:
- Everyday shoulder mobility exercises
- Gentle, controlled shoulder movement
- Supporting flexibility
- Upper-body stretching routines
- Exploring your comfortable range of movement
- Keeping your shoulders moving as part of your regular exercise routine
How to use your Shoulder Mobilizer
Using it is pretty simple, no complicated setup or shoulder degree required.
Place the door anchor, located above the pulley, over the top of an open door. Close the door securely, making sure it is properly latched and cannot be opened while you're using the Mobilizer.
Take one handle in each hand.
Use one arm to gently pull its handle downward towards your thigh. As one handle moves down, the pulley guides the opposite arm upward.
The idea isn't to force the movement or win a flexibility competition, simply move slowly and comfortably within a range that feels right for you.
You can change your position to explore shoulder movement from different directions, including:
- Facing the door
- Standing side-on to the door
- Facing away from the door
Switch sides as needed and keep the movement slow, smooth and controlled.
Shoulders weren't designed to spend their whole lives giving us the cold shoulder; keep them moving
Please note: The Shoulder Mobilizer is designed for general mobility, stretching and exercise. Always use within your comfortable range of movement and stop if an exercise causes pain or discomfort. If you have an injury, medical condition, recent surgery or concerns about your shoulder movement, seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional before use.
