A Simple Way To Add More Plant Diversity To Your Day

With a high-quality turmeric at its core (not your average supermarket pickings!) and a blend of complementary plant ingredients, this is an easy addition when you want something quick, flavourful, and nourishing.

Add it to your smoothie, mix it into warm drinks, or use it in your cooking; however you take it, it’s designed to work with your lifestyle.

Why Turmeric?

Turmeric has been used for centuries in traditional diets and is naturally rich in curcuminoids, including curcumin, the compound responsible for its vibrant golden colour.

Curcumin has been widely studied for its interaction with various biological pathways in the body and is known for its role in normal cellular processes.

And it’s not just what you consume, it’s what your body can utilise.

Curcumin is naturally fat-soluble, meaning it dissolves in fat rather than water.

That’s why this blend includes:

  • Coconut powder: provides natural fats that help carry fat-soluble compounds
  • Black pepper:  containing piperine, a compound known to influence how curcumin is absorbed and utilised in the body

This combination is commonly used in food and formulation practices to enhance the delivery of these compounds in a balanced diet.

More Than Just One Ingredient:

This blend isn’t about a single ingredient doing all the work. It would be easy to have just one ingredient but...

It’s about combining a variety of plant-based ingredients, each contributing their own unique compounds, flavours and nutritional characteristics.

From naturally occurring plant compounds and essential fats to fibres and nutrients, this blend is designed to work synergistically and bring variety and simplicity into your daily routine. Fitting perfectly into your life when you need it most.

FAQ

Not all Turmeric is the same!
Now we’ve let you in on how amazing Turmeric can be, did you know that not all Turmeric is the same quality? Our blend uses Alleppey Turmeric from the Kerala region of India.  Indian turmeric is considered to be the ‘original’ turmeric so is subjected to very high standard grading, including micro-biology analysed curcumin content. Alleppey Turmeric is one of the best with an extremely high curcumin content.  Store bough turmeric is generally low in curcumin and used mainly for flavour and color, not its curcumin health benefits. The difference in low and high curcumin content is the difference in it having a significant positive impact on your wellness routine. Beware of cheap imitation, low-grade turmeric. Some producers may add fillers and even dye their Turmeric to make it look better.

Why is plant-based and pure the best?
Picture this: your body and Mother Nature, they're a match made in heaven. We weren't designed to eat the majority of what supermarkets sell these days. You know, those highly processed, nutrient-deprived junk foods that are about as nutritious as a rubber chicken. Can’t read, pronounce or understand the ingredients? Ditch it! Your body has no clue what to do with those nasty ingredients, which can leave undesirable effects within your body.

To keep your body doing the happy dance, the Turmeric Blend is so pure and natural, your body practically high-fives it on the way in. No artificial hocus-pocus, just a team of all-natural, plant-based whole foods, working together to help you feel as fresh as a daisy.

Why are there 13 whole foods in your Turmeric Blend?

Mother Nature's not your average chef; she's a culinary genius, and she's got a message for you: a balanced variety ensures that you receive a complete spectrum of nutrients and benefits your health and vitality.

Not being into one-hit wonders, she’s the maestro of whole foods, dishing out a range of nutrients with great health benefits. In our blend, each ingredient has its part to play, each with its own unique compound profile.

When you take the whole food approach, you're getting the full package, all working synergistically, just as nature intended.

SERVIING SIZES

Serving Sizes

1 scoop/serve = approx 4g = approx 1 teaspoon

Mix with your fav liquid of choice. This could be water, coconut water, juice or your preferred mylk (as in the non-dairy kind as dairy is an inflammatory food contributor). You can also add it to coconut yoghurt or smoothies.

How much you take depends on how broken and inflamed you are.

Daily wellbeing wonder! A single scoop can be taken as a wellbeing dose. Choose to take as a full scoop or do halvies, morning and night. Or add a scoop to your smoothie bowl, latte, water bottle or add a scoop to your curries or turmeric bliss balls!

Feeling slightly in need? Start with a scoop, once or twice a day, morning and night is best. Once you start seeing results, reduce your serving size to a 1 scoop wellbeing serve.

Feeling very in need? Take 1-3 scoops per day, think 1 at brekkie, 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner, to make it easy to remember. Stick with this dose until you feel the benefits, then reduce the amount to 2 serves a day for about 3 weeks. If you’re still feeling the benefits, reduce to a wellbeing dose of 1 scoop a day.

Feeling extremely in need? Let's hit that head on! Take 1 scoop, 4 times a day for as long as it takes to see a significant difference to your condition.

Gut issues, sensitive tummies and bowels? We recommend introducing into your diet slowly, over 7-10 days, to reach the full wellness amount. Start with 1/2 serve in the morning with brekkie for a few days, then up the dose to add another 1/2 serve with dinner for a week. Increase to a full serve, moving and night, until you see results, then decrease to a single serve a day as a general wellbeing dose.
