How To Use
- Before putting the sock on, connect the metal snap to the sock and then attach the other end to the connector of one lead (does not come with lead or machine).
- Attach the other connector of the same lead, to the self-adhesive electrode pad.
- Ensure that both the sock snap lead and self-adhesive pad are securely clicked into the lead connectors of the same lead.
- Place the self-adhesive electrode pad on the outside of the lower leg approximately one hands width (40mm) away from where the sock will finish.
- Slide the sock on the same foot as the electrode pad, ensuring it is positioned well.
- Turn on your Dr Kez Chirolab® TENS 4-in-1 device and follow the instructions in the user manual to select the TENS mode
- Increase the intensity until a pleasant tingling sensation can be felt over the discomfort previously experienced.
- When you wish to finish your session, turn off the device first, before touching either the sock or the self-adhesive pad.
- Store with your device for future use.
Things To Know
Caution
- Avoid using on broken or very dry skin.
- Replace electrode if it is damaged or no longer adhering well to the skin.
- If, during the course of treatment your pain gets worse or skin irritation occurs, immediately discontinue treatment and see your physician.
- The unattended us by a child or incapacitated person may be dangerous.
Cleaning instructions
- Hand wash the socks in warm water with mild washing detergent.
- Thoroughly rinse out traces of washing detergent from the socks in warm water.
- Do not wring the socks out.
- Use a towel to remove excess water and leave to air dry at room temperature (away from a heat source or direct sunlight).
