Description

When your shoulder decides to not play ball,  pack up the bat and go home, this is where you need to change the game plan! The Dr Kez Chirolab® Shoulder Mobilizer is the shoulder pulley to the rescue.
Assists with:
  • Opening joints
  • Improving range of motion
  • Increasing circulation
  • Improving flexibility

Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) occurs when the capsule surrounding the shoulder joint becomes adhered to itself, resulting in a marked decrease in shoulder mobility. One of the most important factors required to rehabilitate frozen shoulder is mobility. Given the shoulder can be extremely locked up with frozen shoulder, this can be a challenging task.

Using the Shoulder Mobilizer, however, this task is made extremely simple. Using thei shoulder pulley is super simple.  Place the flat black band, located above the pulley, over the top of an open door, and then close the door so that the door is securely latched. Make sure the door doesn’t get opened during your treatment.

Once the Shoulder Mobilizer is in place take one handle in each hand and use the stronger hand to move downward towards your thigh, this will move the affected arm up, mobilizing the shoulder, stretching the capsule, tight muscles and ligaments.

Repeat this exercise when standing facing the door, then side on [affected side to the door, and then away from the door] and then facing your back to the door. This will ensure all aspects of the capsule are being mobilized effectively.

If you you are experiencing issues on both sides, repeat on the other side.
