Description
If you are suffering from pain in the elbow area, it could be Tennis or Golfers Elbow š and the Dr Kez ChirolabĀ® Elbow Brace could be the answer you have been looking for.
Both Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) and Golferās Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis) are similar conditions. Tennis elbow results in pain on the outside of the elbow, whilst Golferās elbow causes pain on the inside of the elbow.Ā
This painful condition occurs when the muscles become overloaded, usually due to repetitive arm and wrist movements.Ā The result is the tendons excessively pulling on the insertion point of the epicondyleĀ (the bony bumps at the bottom of the humerus)Ā Ā causing damage and inflammation, resulting in pain and usually a significant loss of strength. š©
One of the most difficult things with both of these conditions is resting the arm enough to give the area a chance to completely recover.Ā
This is where the Dr Kez ChirolabĀ® Elbow Brace comes in handy!Ā The narrow EVA foam pad in the Dr Kez ChiroLabĀ® Elbow Brace provides a new anchor point for the muscle, helping to re-direct the stressful forces away from the injury so that it is no longer pulling as much on this inflamed and painful area. This allows for helping to relieve pain and aims to protect the area, helping a faster and more complete healing to take place.
Research tells us that using an elbow brace helps reduce pain and aims to improve grip strength for most tennis elbow or golfers elbow sufferers. ššĀ
A thin diamond shaped EVA (closed cell ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) foam pad has been chosen for our Dr Kez ChiroLabĀ® Elbow Brace as it's superior quality helps to absorb vibration and impact whilst wearing it. Another big bonus is EVA material has a low sweat absorption and it provides thermal insulation to keep the affected muscle warm which encourages circulation to the damaged area.Ā

HOW TO USE
The best way to learn how to use the Dr Kez Chirolab® Elbow Brace is by watching the short video located at the top of the page. If you would prefer to look at the pics then it's as easy as placing the brace in the appropriate orientation according to whether you have Tennis Elbow or Golfers Elbow.
TENNIS ELBOW - the Dr Kez Chirolab® logo should be facing OUTWARDS (as shown in the picture where the arm is down beside the body) and placed about an inch away from the elbow. Tighten the brace firmly...but not too tight that you get pins and needles! The pad on the inside of the brace will be pressing on the muscle, allowing it to create a fulcrum which leads to aiding the relief of the muscle in the elbow area and allows you to go about your daily routine in an easier fashion. š
GOLFERS ELBOW - the Dr Kez Chirolab® logo should be INWARDS outwards (as shown in the picture where the arm is above/away from the body) and placed about an inch away from the elbow. Tighten the brace firmly...but not too tight that you get pins and needles! The pad on the inside of the brace will be pressing on the muscle, allowing it to create a fulcrum which leads to aiding the relief of the muscle in the elbow area and allows you to go about your daily routine in an easier fashion. š¤©
