A drug free approach to pain relief in your hands has never been so easy. "TENS gloves are a thing?" I hear you ask? They definitely are! And if you are suffering from painful ailments in the hands, these gloves are your best friend!
We quickly realised that standard TENS pads are not the best when trying to place them on knobbly parts of the body, and hands are no exception. Being in pain is hard enough so battling with pads that just wont stick to bony knuckles is a challenge we would rather have you avoid!

What do you get? The gloves come in a pair so you get one for each hand. I know what your thinking...a pair of gloves would usually be 2. Yes, you would think so! But in the case of TENS gloves, usually they are sold as singular but we think that's madness! So you get two and we think that's a pretty good deal. There is also the pad that attatches to the arm. So in short, you get 2 gloves and 2 pads that attach to the leads that came with your TENS machine (that's sold separately).

How To Use
- Before putting the glove on, connect the metal snap to the glove and then attach the other end to the connector of one lead of your TENS machine.
- Attach the other connector of the same lead, to one self-adhesive electrode pad.
- Ensure that both the glove snap lead and self-adhesive pad are securely clicked into the lead connectors of the same lead.
- Plug this lead into your Dr Kez Chirolab® 4-in-1 TENS machine according to the user manual instructions.
- Place the self-adhesive electrode pad on the outside of the forearm approximately one hands width (40mm) away from where the glove will finish.
- Slide the glove on the same hand as the electrode pad, ensuring it is positioned well.
- Turn on your Dr Kez Chirolab® TENS 4-in-1 device and follow the instructions in the user manual to select the TENS mode and the hand body part.
- Increase the intensity until a pleasant tingling sensation can be felt over the hand and fingers, instead of the discomfort previously experienced.
- When you wish to finish your session, turn off the device first, before touching either the glove or the self-adhesive pad.
Things To Know
Caution:
- Avoid using on broken or very dry skin.
- Replace electrode if it is damaged or no longer adhering well to the skin.
- If, during the course of treatment your pain gets worse or skin irritation occurs, immediately discontinue treatment and see your physician.
- Never leave unattended near children or incapacitated people as this may be dangerous.
Cleaning instructions:
- Hand wash the gloves in warm water with mild washing detergent.
- Thoroughly rinse out traces of washing detergent from the gloves in warm water.
- Do not wring the gloves out
- Use a towel to remove excess water
- Leave to air dry at room temperature (away from a heat source or direct sunlight).
